Can you guarantee a leopard sighting?
No. Jawai is a free-ranging wildlife landscape. A safari offers time with local trackers in leopard habitat, but a particular animal or sighting can never be promised.
Should I choose a private or shared safari?
A private jeep gives your group its own vehicle. A shared safari is priced per person and suits solo travellers or smaller groups. Shared departures require at least three confirmed seats across the booking, not necessarily in your own group.
What happens if a shared safari does not fill?
The published booking policy offers an upgrade to a private safari or a full refund if the minimum of three confirmed seats is not met. Check the current conditions on the booking engine before paying.
How many guests can travel in one jeep?
Private leopard, jungle and birding formats list up to six guests per jeep. The full-day experience has a specific limit of four guests. Ask the concierge about a larger group or more than one vehicle.
Is a hotel stay compulsory?
No. You can book a safari without booking a stay. An overnight stop is useful when you want both an evening and a morning wildlife window.
Where do I confirm and pay for a safari?
Use the online booking engine at jawaisafaris.com. It handles available dates, final slots, payments and confirmation. A planning form or WhatsApp enquiry is not a confirmed reservation.
Are safari, stay and transfer prices combined?
Safari rates are shown separately. Accommodation, airport transfers and other extras require a quote unless they are explicitly included. The final booking summary is the place to check all charges.
Do you arrange airport or railway transfers?
Share your arrival point, date, luggage and group size with the concierge for a current transfer quote. Pickup location and timing must be agreed before you travel.
What should I bring?
Bring sun protection, a refillable water bottle and suitable layers for your safari time. Secure your camera gear, avoid flash, keep noise low and follow the guide’s instructions. Share any mobility or comfort needs with the team before booking.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Cancellation and modification terms depend on the booked product and notice given. Read the current cancellation policy before payment, and contact the team with your booking reference for a specific change.
